In 2015, following the release of my fourth album Walking Into White, we decided to do something a little different: the first half of every concert that year was a live performance of the album. Recently Martin stumbled upon the stereo ‘board mix’ files of my show at the Rapid City Public Library, captured at the request of South Dakota Public Radio and broadcast on their “No Cover, No Minimum” series.
In this 10th anniversary year of the album, we’re very excited to present it as an exclusive Bandcamp-only digital release, newly mastered by Martin at Cacophony Cottage Studio. The three bonus tracks – which include a rare solo performance of “Crow Coyote Buffalo”, the title track of the album I made with Zoë Pollock under the band name Mama – are from the second half of the concert.
